Residential Living with Dignity

Life Skills & Independence Support
We provide daily coaching in essential skills — from meal prep and money management to laundry, communication, and safety. Every goal is rooted in what matters to the individual, with their plan updated regularly as they grow.
Vocational & Community Integration
Through partnerships with inclusive employers and vocational agencies, we help individuals access and succeed in the workplace — with support that extends beyond hiring. We also facilitate access to churches, recreation, and peer connection to promote a rich and fulfilling life.
24/7 Residential Support
Our residents receive around-the-clock supervision and care from compassionate, highly trained staff — all within a cozy, home-style environment.
Community Engagement & Integration
We facilitate regular outings, recreation, and connections to churches, support groups, and vocational opportunities to encourage full participation in community life.
Daily Living Assistance
We support each individual with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and medication management.
Individualized Planning & Family Involvement
Each resident’s care plan is developed with their goals in mind — and with the input of family, advocates, and support professionals who know them best.
Health & Wellness Monitoring
Our team coordinates care and helps monitor medical, dental, and psychiatric needs — making sure each resident stays healthy and supported.
